-          Key-sites selection,

-          Division of tasks between PosDocs and PhD Students (foraminiferal and diatom analysis, surface samples, MUC and GC),

-          Changes in project time schedule resulting from the delay start of the project and inaccuracies of the planned tasks and expenses in the project proposal versus project budget,

-          Selection of the Advisory Board members,

-          Determining the date of the next meeting in Norway,

-          Milestones and deliverables to be achieved by the next meeting,

-          Ways of communication between the partners of the project.
